This
is my dog Simetra, I call her Sim for short. She is my
therapy/service dog. She is my best friend and my entire life. She is so
smart and so easy to train. She also smiles.
Most springer spaniels are very high energy and want to run like crazy,
but my dog Sim is one of the most calm dogs I know. She knows the tricks:
Sit, Stay, Shake, Kennel, and she can walk completely without a leash with
no problem. She is soooo affectionate. She's trained to calm me down when
I''m about to have a seizure and for my anxiety. When she feels me getting
really anxious (in a public place or when it's just not a good day) she
won't leave my side, and she runs to the most quiet room and runs back to
me until I follow her. She's literally saved my life a few times with my
seizures. She's trained to lay on my arms and body when I do have one.
That's why she's my whole life. I love her very much.
