This
is our dog Duke. He lives in Oklahoma, USA with us. Here's the story
of how we got him.
Someone abandoned the mother dog in the woods. Eventually, someone found
the dog and took her in. She had four puppies. Unfortunately, one of the
puppies didn't make it, but her rescuer gave one puppy to a relative. The
lady owned a groomer shop. And one day, my little sister ran into the
groomer shop and asked if she had any puppies, and she said,"Actually,
yes." So, we went to there and someone else saw Duke and loved him too. So
she went back and took the sister. And that is how we got Duke.
Duke is now a very good, happy dog. He loves to chase tennis balls, run
around and play a lot. He has a ton of energy, he loves to take walks. He
knows how to sit, stay, come, shake, and lay down. Duke can be an
independent dog and other times he is very affectionate. He likes it when
I hide the toy and have him go find it. Duke does enjoy waking me up early
by jumping up on my bed!
