Lightning
is a very playful and animated dog. His favorite toy is his eight
squeaker snake, along with his sixteen squeaker dragon. Lightning loves playing
with other dogs and his owner, but when by himself he keeps entertained by
playing ball, throwing it up to catch it himself. He loves his owner and
is always by her side, but if needed, he is a great companion to others.
Lightning was the only one of his litter in a light brown color, and the
only one with one blue and one brown eye.
Lightning has the best personality. He is more of a best friend than a
dog. He is always by my side, he is very well trained (which he did on his
own). He absolutely loves playing with other dogs and has so many "puppy
friends". Lightning's best trick is "pound it." He loves including himself
when a friend and I high five each other or pound our fists. Lightning's
favorite game to play is ball... but he loves playing it by himself. He
throws the ball into the air, waits for it to bounce a couple of times and
then runs after it. He is usually entertained with this for half an hour
at least. Lightning is very affectionate. Wherever I go, he needs to go.
He is a great companion and obeys unlike any dog I've seen.
He is very photogenic and he knows when he needs to strike a pose!
Lightning, surprisingly, loves to get brushed, especially on his belly.
Anyone that meets Lightning says that he has the softest fur that they've
ever felt. Lightning is very dear to my heart. He is a great protector,
but he's also a huge momma's boy.
