We
brought Lilly into our life to be a companion for our other Dachshund.
I really wanted a standard but my dad knew of a standard-mini mix up for
adoption. We say she is a Tweenie Red Dachshund, as she is somewhere
between a Standard an a Miniature in size. We brought her home and she
rightfully earned the named Lilly "the silly monster". She is into
everything and thinks she is a fierce big dog. She loves faces; literally.
And she sleeps under a blanket on her back with all four legs sticking up.
She is a quiet beggar and she runs around the yard for four hours if the
weather is right. She is a bundle of energy and we laugh every day because
of the funny, clumsy, silly things she does. She definitely belongs in our
family. We love her so much.
