Buddy
was my Golden Retriever and the name was perfect as he was my
golden boy. Buddy was born October 23rd 2002. He loved to go for long
walks out back and roll in the grass. He loved when it snowed just so he
could make snow angels in the snow. It didn't even need to snow him make
mud angels or dust angels. He loved getting dirty and he loves getting
brushed and clean.
Oh, and he was a really smart dog he knew a lot of
tricks (sit,shake, high five, switch to the other paw, lie down, leave it
and more). His favorite toys were his two softballs I gave him, and it's
also a tie between the softballs and his Buddy glow ball. I got him the
Buddy glow ball when he was little because it had his name on it and it
glowed in the dark. He was also a bit overweight but that's because he
was an only pet like I am an only child so he got spoiled. He loved to
eat and get treats. He also loved flip chips.
One of his other famous qualities was that he would do
a little dance when he was happy. He would put his head on the ground and
wiggle all around with his butt in the air. As the years went by I got
older and he got slower but still when he saw me he got excited. Even up
to the last time we were together, he got excited to see me even when he
was sick. He loved to be around me (which you can also see in the
picture). He passed away March 31st, 2010.
He is just so special to me and is in Heaven making a
great pet for God. In loving memory of Buddy, my best friend, the golden
boy. Love you, pooh bear.
