Howdy!
My name is Zoie a.k.a. ZoZo or SweetUms. When I first saw my human
daddy one cold day just before Christmas Eve six years ago, it was love at
first sight. Before I knew it, I had a whole new family, home and a backyard
all to myself. Boy, am I blessed. They give me special treats and feed me
real good too.
To show my appreciation, I try to keep my family happy, safe and warm. I do
this by letting them pet me all the time, and I snuggle up with one of them
on the couch every night. It's so hard to choose.
My mommy is so much fun. We go for long walks in the park. She lets me go off
leash because she says I have lots of energy. I especially like to tear out
and run circles real fast in the sand box. I also love going to the Texas
beach. I don't like the long ride, but when I get to play in the waves and
sand and chase all those birds, I'm in heaven!
Sometimes, if I see a squirrel or bird in my yard, I do the "Vizsla leap" off
the end of the deck and chase it. My daddy says I look like a deer leaping
over a fence. He thinks it's funny, but chasing animals out of my yard is my
job and I take it very seriously.
My advice to everyone is: stay calm, love unconditionally, keep up the
positive energy and, to stay in shape, just run around real fast like I do!
