This
is my girl Elsa, her full name is Elsa's little Allabye. She is always
there for us. Every morning she is up with me at 3am. She works with me at
our horse farm, moving 82 horses out in the morning. She is on the go all day
and asks for a pet every so often. She is a protector of my children and a
greeter to all the boarders. She is an easy-going girl with a desire to
please. She has been there for me when I was ill, and I am there for her when
she needs reassurance. She knows 50 or so commands and loves to jump through
hula hoops. Her favorite game to play is herding the ducks into the barn, she
loves it.
During the day she is very independent - she knows her job and loves to do
it. At night she is at my side, putting her head on my lap. She loves when I
tell her she has done such a good job and is so brave. She is trained in
german and we have brought on another shepherd named Knight which she has
taken on the mother roll for. She loves to romp and roll in the snow and when
she learned that she could eat it too, that was heaven for her. I could talk
for days about her. If I had to sum her up in one sentence I would have to
say Elsa is my protecter, my partner and my friend. She came to me when I
needed her the most. I also included a picture of her and her trainee Knight,
Knight is in the front.
Her list of commands is: Sit, Down, Come, Stay, Friend, OK, Heal, Free,
Focus, Find, Give, Leave it, Up, Hot, Halt, Wait, Retrieve, Deploy, Pull,
Balance, Drive, Grip, Lift, Outrun, Get Back, Easy, Walk and Guard.
She has made my life full of happiness.
