Daisy
is a very special girl, she is perfect in every way. She loves to
go places in the car and one of her favorite things is to hang her head out
the window and have the wind in her face. She never fails to be noticed and we
have even had people inquire about her when we are stopped at red lights.
Balls are one of her favorite things to play with. No one can play with a ball
without her trying to get into the action.
Daisy has a very affectionate personality and at times she almost seems to be
human. She is very attached to me and is never far from my side. Her eyes are
always on me... even when she appears to be sleeping... all I need do is move
and her eyes are open, watching me. She loves to go places and ride in the
car. As soon as I pick up my tennis shoes and start to put them on, she is
scratching and jumping at my leg. When asked "Do you want to go?", she goes
crazy and almost seems to be speaking to me. When I do have to leave without
her, I am told she whimpers and watches for me... and when I arrive home her
excitement is unmatched. Daisy has a brother, Max, and a sister, Baby, both of
which are German Shepherds. Even with her small stature, she loves to go out
back and play with them. Her favorite thing is to play chase with Baby. She
loves to be chased and then escapes by darting into small spaces where a
German Shepherd cannot fit. It is very comical to watch as Baby sticks her paw
in and around things trying to get at Daisy, and then Daisy will dash out,
race around a couple of times and then retreat back to a hiding spot to catch
her breath.
One of Daisy's favorite games is playing ball. No one can play with a ball
without her trying to get into the action. When she saw this balloon being
thrown into the air, she thought it was just another of her balls. Daisy is a
true joy in our lives and I cannot imagine what our lives would be like
without her.
