I
would like to honor my dog, Shadow Ryan. Shadow has been in my family's life
for thirteen years. She was a birthday gift to my father just shortly after she
turned a year old and has given us some great memories ever since. Even though
she has surpassed the average life-time of a Husky she still has her spurts
moments of running around like a puppy. Any time someone walks in the door
she's always the first to greet, she'll be the first at your side if you have
a sick day in bed and knows just how to comfort you on a bad day.
She has had quite a story herself. For the one year before we met her, she had
been spent a lot of time in a cage and was not well-fed. She was been in an
accident once then where her ribs were seriously injured, as well
as inappropriately groomed [you'll see how she had been shaved in the
pictures] which wasn't very pretty. She's taken to our large Irish family very
well and is always excited for new friends and guests to join us!
She's adorably sweet!
