What
makes my pet special is her character. She makes us laugh with her
innocence and she's such a show off. She had such bad traumas when she was
just a puppy, from being put in a box taped shut and going for a few
days without food and water. She then was put in a sanctuary with large dogs
and also had parvo. When we adopted her she was so scared but now she's a
happy, healthy dog. She's special in every way and we love her so much.
Now that she's healthy she's such a hyperactive dog. Her personality is so
lovely. When I'm sad or even crying, she comes near me and puts her face on my
lap and when I'm happy she jumps around and wags her tail.
She knows many tricks. She sits, kisses, knocks on the door so we will let her
out and she itches her eyes for us to pity her and give her food :) She even
puts the lead in her mouth so we go out. She's quite intelligent and cheeky.
She steals food from other dogs and slowly leaves the room.
She's affectionate but also likes her independence to a certain point. She
waits for us until we come home and doesn't eat nor drink till we arrive,
which scares me sometimes, but when it's a sunny day and I'm doing some work
she like to stay on the roof sunbathing. We tell her that's why she's black
- because of the sun :) She likes playing with other dogs also even though
she's bossy sometimes. She even goes very well with pigeons and birds even
when they are out of their cages. She's quite jealous and loves attention.
I buy her toys for Christmas and clothes for her birthday and she's such a
show off. She enjoys the clothes so much!
