I
am so happy to share our Annabelle with you. She is a rescue from the
local vet's office that my son works. She was four weeks old when the
breeders were going to let her die because she was sick. That was not
going to happen!
My son was sixteen at the time, and fell in love with her. He would get up
all hours of the night to take care of her, give her IV fluids, and tend to
her every want or need. He continues to shower her with love and adoration.
She brings the most joy to our home by being the most loving, affectionate
baby that we have ever had. She loves to play with her toys, tumble around
doing somersaults, run and play ball and then rest her head on your shoulder
and give you love.
She absolutely loves to play ball. She always has a toy in her mouth, most of
the time two or three. She challenges herself to see how many she can get in
her mouth at one time! She is extremely affectionate and never meets a
stranger. Annabelle is the most loving dog that I have ever seen. She does
not just treat her family equally, but everyone that she meets. She is
definitely not a one-person dog. She is so gentle and sweet - we have three
cats that love to snuggle and cuddle with her, and she loves it!
