Hi,
this is my dog Wendy she is a girl and is six years old and she is a
Australian Kelpie. She lives with us on a five acre farm in Olympia, WA.
Wendy and I are apart of Thurston County's dog project. We are in the
Diamonds in the Ruff dog 4-H club. Wendy is very successful in Obedience.
This year at Puyallup State Fair we placed Overall Grand Champion in
Advanced Novice Obedience in the Championships. Also Wendy and I are also
very successful in Showmanship. We placed in our Thurston County fair
Overall JUnior Grand champion in the Junior class for the dog project. We
love doing agility as well we took grand champion at Qualifying level in
Pre Novice Agility jumpers class and Regular class. Wendy also enjoys the
outdoors and the snow! I thought this picture of her from this winter shows
off her pretty black self very nicely against the snow.
When we got Wendy from the Animal Shelter she was beaten and starved but as
soon as she was brought home by us we told her nothing bad was ever going
to happen to her ever again! Wendy and I have a very close bond as she is
one of my best friends and will love each other for ever and ever.
She is my wonderful, amazing, brilliant, smart dog Wendy!
