About Us
Biddy, the Dog of the Day
Name: Biddy
Age: Three years old
Gender: Female Breed: American Eskimo
Home: Annapolis, Maryland, USA

Biddy was rescued from going to the pound. She was very skittish and acted very funny. A newborn baby in her previous family drove her away. The owner had no time for her and she was frightened that Biddy would harm the infant. Biddy was confused when we took her in, but she settled in like any other. She is a very lucky dog to have us find her. Any other family would not spoil her like we do!

Not only does she run into trees, she trips up and down stairs as well! Whenever we go out to eat or shop, she's in the window. My sisters and I pretend she is a T-rex, because if you don' t move, she doesn't see you. And yes, we have checked her vision. She is supposedly perfect in both eyes. She just doesn't really pay attention to her surroundings that well. The vet said she was healthy and wouldn't have any eye problems until she was old.

Her personality is one of a kind. All day she barks at nothing, but still finds the time to cuddle with me and be my teddy bear. While we take her camping, she still finds the time to cuddle with me and be the best pillow ever.

Biddy lives with two sisters. Roxy, an Australian Cattle dog, and Pebbles, a Calico cat. Pebbles dislikes her, but still rubs up against her in an affectionate way. Without Biddy, I'm sure my life would be dull, because seeing her every day is the highlight of my day.
