I
was adopted by my family after being born under a house. I was named Evee
because my family was expecting a boy dog, which they were going to name
Adam. But I was a little girl so I got a girly name instead. But I am not
really very girly. I love to run outside, chasing squirrels, barking at the
golfers, and chasing the ball! My big sister Cocoa is a lab mix too, I
learned a lot from her when I was adopted. I am very protective of my family
but usually my bark is bigger than my bite. Every night I go get my 'bed' and
suckle it to fall asleep. According to mom I have been doing this ever since
I came to my family. My friend Lucy, the cat, sometimes likes to rub on me
when we go outside. I try really hard to be to eager for her attention, it
makes her hiss at me and I usually get hurt. I really love to be outdoors and
spend time with my sissy, but she is in college so I usually sleep in her bed
when she comes home to visit me. When I bark it looks like I might loose my
teeth, apparently it is very funny because everyone laughs when I bark. I
love my family, and I am goofy enough to love them too!
