Dudley
is the coolest dog! He loves to go for long walks and often tries to
guide me toward one of his favorite spot to walk and run. He is very
obedient and will respond to all his commands (most of the time). When we
are walking he loves people, so to ensure that he only greets folks that want
to be greeted (not every individual is a dog person). I have taught him the
command "On your side" and he will walk to the right of the sidewalk unless
he is approached by a passer-by; which then he will quickly lay on his back
trying to get a belly rub out of the deal. Dudley loves attention, so he
often shows off by giving me a heck of a hi-five, so people can ooh and aah
over him. Although Dudley has his independent side he loves to come up out
of the blankets in the morning to lay his front paws on my chest/shoulder
area and nuzzle his little head into mine (that is him giving me a hug).
