Smokey
is a seven-month-old Shih-Tzu who makes him home in San Antonio, TX
(home of the San Antonio SPURS!!). Smokey is special because he came to us
unexpectedly. A co-worker bought Smokey to give to her mother for Mother's
day, however, she later found out her mom could not have pets in the
apartment complex she lived in. She could not keep him and was looking for
a home for him, long story short - he became a part of my family. Everyone
just loves Smokey, he keeps my six year old grandson in stitches every time they
get together. My grandson says, "He's the funniest dog I've ever met!!!"
Smokey loves to have run of the house and knows he is fast becoming the
"ruler" of the house. He is very obedient and graduated from Kindergarten
Puppy Training, Sept 2007!! He is just the cutest thing - you just want to
squeeze him, but he is not one to snuggle, expect when he was neutered
(ouch!) and needed the comforting. Smokey loves visits from my
grandchildren, Destiny and Xavier, they wear him out and he usually sleeps
more than usual after their visit. We're very happy to have him in our lives.
