Ashley
is a full-of-adventure Golden. She loves to play in our back yard
chasing tennis balls and barking at squirrels. We have seen her carry
three tennis balls in her mouth at once, and she hides her "stash" deep
in the back woods. Her favorite outing is to go on long hikes in the
Georgia mountains.
She also loves the water. In the summer we take her on our boat and she
gets up on the bow; being the queen of the lake. The faster the boat
goes, the more she loves it! When she is ashore, she will run down to
the water and throw her whole body in while taking long, cool drinks.
We adopted Ashley from the Golden Retriever Rescue League and she has
been a joy in our family. She is a very loving and peaceful dog. Please
consider adopting animals from rescue leagues; it is really worth it!
