Arlo
belongs to us because he would have been destroyed for having the
audacity to be born deaf. He is a typical Jack Russell. He hates ceiling
fans and is bent on destroying all such whirling menaces the world over.
This includes anything that even appears to spin on television. Arlo is
a devoted television watcher. He especially loves Animal Planet but is
fond of anything about bears, horses or cats. He eats person-like from a
fork and loves drinking from a glass, particularly if there is ice and
lemonade or root beer in it.
Arlo's hobby is interior design. He has been known to spread an entire
roll of toilet paper from one end of the house to the other and to
rearrange the throw pillows from the bed to other interesting locations
around the house. He knows the sign for come and being a Russell often
chooses to ignore it. We love him and his neurosis.
