This
is Bof - a Ball of Fur. I got him when he was three months old. He
is now a handsome 20-month-old Golden Retriever. He is a wonderful dog.
Just like any Golden, Bof loves every human and every dog. A few of
his many favorite places are a dog park, a dog beach on Lake Michigan,
and a big open field near our house (where this picture was taken). He
loves to play with his canine friends at the park. He also likes to
swim and fetch tennis balls and snowballs.
He is a great companion as he always be by my side. When I have dinner,
he waits under the dining table. He is on the couch with me when I
watch TV or read. When I work on a computer, he waits patiently by my
feet. He only gets up and runs to the front door when he hears a
"beep", a signal that I am turning off the computer and ready to take
him out for a walk. He always wants my attention. If I am on the phone
for too long, he barks and grabs my sleeve. Bof just started agility
training and he loves it, especially the tunnel! He stays in there for
a long time before he comes out the other end. He is a smart guy too.
He knows quite a few tricks. He can play dead and speak on command.
Every day with him is a joy. I think he is the best dog one could have.
