My
baby is special to me for so many different reasons. She is the
most loving dog I have ever had in my life. She is like a little
human! She was rescued by me (unbeknownst to my husband) while at
the pet store. Her previous owners decided that she was too much
work (after they left her outside for her entire five month life) because
she had an excess of energy.
Well, anyone that's known (or taken the time to research) a setter knows
that they do have a lot of energy, and must be accommodated to
that need. Well, they didn't want to accommodate her so they were off to
the pound! How could I let that sweet baby go to an uncertain death!? My
hubby was most understanding, despite the fact that we were just moving
(that day actually) into our new home! Since then, she has wormed her
way in everyone's heart. She was a high energy puppy, but we adapted
with her. Now, when she's inside, she is the biggest couch potato, and
outside, she's the most beautiful sight. She loves to be loved for sure!
And I do love her so very much. :o)
